Our No Hassle Returns Policy lasts for a full 30 days. We want you to shop with confidence and we stand behind our products.
Please note, however, that if 30 days have passed since the date of purchase (not the date you received the item), unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on products that are intimate (under garments) or socks (or other clothing) that has clearly been worn.
To complete your return, we will need to to validate your proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where returns will not be granted or where only partial refunds will granted (i.e subject to a 50% restocking fee):
Items returned after the 30-day return period for which pre-approval to return was not granted in writing (by email) from 1923mainstreet.com will be returned to you. Is some cases we major issue a partial refund at our sole discretion. This will be based upon the condition of the item and the potential for it to be re-sold. It must be in perfect condition as our policy is never to re-sell returned items with any signs of wear whatsoever.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after a certain number of days, please double-check with your bank or credit card company to ensure that the refund is not pending.
In some cases a refund will be pending and they will be able to see this and confirm that the refund is in the queue before you see it when posted.

Sale items (Final Sale)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something due to damage, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm the exchange. Items should be returned to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be applied to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will become aware of your return. Please keep this in mind.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that we provide to you by email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund before it is applied to your account/credit card.
Depending on where you live, the time may vary for you to receive the exchanged product.
If you are shipping a return item worth more than $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannott guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
